ARCA Organics is a greenhouse operation that organically grows wheatgrass and supplies it to the local market. It employs individuals with developmental disabilities to assist in the various steps of growing, preparing, packaging, and distributing this product. Located on four acres of land in rural Corrales, New Mexico, ARCA Organics delivers wholesome organic products to over a dozen health food stores and businesses in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, growing and delivering and average of 200 flats of organic wheatgrass weekly.
