Supported Employment
ACES fosters the self-sufficiency and emotional well-being of adults with developmental disabilities through individual community and customized employment.
- Comprehensive services include assessment, job development, and job coaching. Highly trained job coaches help workers with developmental disabilities find competitive work and develop natural supports that foster full inclusion, valued social roles, and increased financial independence.
Individualized employment supports are provided with no cost to the community based employer.
- A collaborative work crew of pre-screened qualified dedicated workers with developmental disabilities accept contracted work in an office or at your site while working with trained supervision to build their skills and confidence. Call ACES to contract your special labor needs and manage labor shortfalls, meet your production demands, and experience efficiency, quality, and professionalism.
