* Program Manager:
- Supervises and oversees day-to-day operations
- Generally Monday through Friday, 8-5pm
- Full Time Employment

* Instructors:
- Generally work 8 - 12 hour awake shifts
- Shifts available: mornings, evenings, weekends, nights
- Full and part-time positions available
- Hours may vary to meet individual and program needs

Substitute Status: Most applicants are initially hired as casual substitute status employees. This allows new employees to work at different locations to become familiar with the varied needs of the people we serve. Substitut employees work on an on-call basis at any of ARCA's homes or work locations and may apply for any posted positions for which they qualify.
