| Being adopted makes my family real Children placed in foster care are oftentimes most in need of an adoptive family. ARCA's social workers develop permanent, qualified families for infants and children in need. Most of the children fostered by ARCA families are joyfully received into loving adoptive homes within less than one year. ARCA was licensed in 2002 to provide adoption services and since then has guided hundreds of children and families through successful adoptions. The adoption process includes home studies, placements, post placements, finalization and post decree supports. The Family Based Services team is committed and passionate about achieving permanency for children through adoption by loving and caring families. |
